You write to us
Your industry, your company and its size, your role, and what you think is costing you money. If you would like a mutual NDA before sharing detail, say so and we will send one.
We reply within two working days
Either to suggest a call or, if we are not the right firm, to say so. Where we can, we will suggest who might be.
A 30-minute call with the founder
No charge and no pitch deck. We ask about the workflow, the numbers you have and what a good result would look like.
A written proposal for a diagnostic
Within five working days of the call: scope, timeline, what you will get and a fixed fee. Nothing starts until you agree it in writing.
