Who we are
This website is run by Philip Marley, trading as Tall Poppy Advisory, Dublin, Ireland. He is the controller of personal data collected through this site. For anything about your data, email hello@tallpoppyadvisory.com.
What this website collects
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, embeds no third-party content and loads its fonts from our own server. We have no contact form. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your name, address and message only to reply and to handle any work that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
