Services
Strategy that arrives with the system already built.
Four services, usually combined in one engagement. Each starts from evidence about your market and ends with something you can measure.
01
Strategy & disruption diagnostic
2 to 3 weeks · fixed fee
Our view
Most firms know their industry is changing. Few know exactly where they are losing money to the change. The answer is usually in public: in what customers write about the firm and its competitors, in published prices and in what AI answers say. A diagnostic turns that evidence into one decision.
What we do
- Buyer-journey teardown, tested the way a real buyer would test it
- Review and forum analysis, coded in customers' own words
- Competitor prices, promises and response times
- Unit economics, regulation and the partner landscape
- A go, conditional go or no-go recommendation
What you get
a decision memo with every claim sourced, the leak costed with stated assumptions, and a recommended first move.

02
AI-native operating model
2 to 4 weeks · fixed fee
Our view
Adding AI tools to an unchanged process rarely moves the numbers. The firms that report real returns have redesigned the workflow itself. For a mid-market firm that usually means one workflow, such as quoting, booking, service follow-up or the back office, rebuilt around what software now does well, with people where safety and trust matter.
What we do
- Process mapping from first contact to cash
- WhatsApp, web and phone flows designed as one system
- Rules-based pricing with human review of anything uncertain
- Data protection by design: you remain the controller of your data
- Acceptance tests and a runbook your team can own
What you get
a target workflow, a written specification with acceptance tests, and a pilot plan with one metric and a baseline.

03
Growth & AI-answer visibility
Baseline in 2 weeks, then monthly
Our view
Buyers increasingly ask an AI before they ask a firm, and the answer names only a few. There are no special tricks for appearing in those answers. What works is being quotable: clear prices, specific answers to real questions, complete profiles and honest reviews. We treat this as part of the operating model rather than a marketing channel.
What we do
- Baseline: who ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI features name in your market today
- A question-led page plan built from your buyers' real questions
- Business Profile and listings made complete and consistent
- Offer and landing-page tests with clean tracking
- Monthly measurement of how often you are named
What you get
a baseline of your share of AI answers, a plan to change it, and monthly reporting. Where useful we measure with Needlemark, software also run by our founder. We disclose this, and the plan works with or without it.

04
Build & pilot
4 to 8 weeks · fixed fee
Our view
A recommendation is a hypothesis until customers use it. We build the working system in small, tested steps, put it in front of real customers and report the numbers against the baseline, so the case for scaling is made with your own data.
What we do
- Production software built in small, tested steps
- Integration with the channels you already use
- A pilot with real customers and human review of anything uncertain
- Weekly reporting against the baseline
- Handover, training and a runbook
What you get
a live system, measured results from the pilot, and a clear decision on whether to scale. Fees are fixed per phase; part can be linked to the agreed metric where both sides want that.
